Verse of The Week honors go to the legendary Houston MC Scarface for his verse of his new joint with Bilal, "Can't Get Right", off of his new album Emeritus.
Sample of The Week is from Bobby Womack featuring Candi Staton with "Stop Before We Start", which was sampled on A+'s "Move On" joint from his debut album The Latch-Key Child. I also included a bonus sample from the Isley Brothers, which is the vocal sample that is on the A+ joint.
Dunk of The Week honors go to Lebron James for this beastly dunk over two Hawks. Brought to to you by You Got Dunked On as always.More: Dunk of The Week

Picks of the Week:
Here are my NFL Power Rankings through Week 12, with last weeks rankings in parentheses:
Old School Wednesday video this week is "Take It Easy", from Mad Lion. Don't front you know this was the jam back in the 90's.
Joe from What's The 401?!?! had a dominating record of 10-6 ATS this week to beat out Me & Ed from Ed The Sports Fan. One of these weeks I will break .500.
My only thought about these spreads is what is up with the San Diego/Atlanta spread? San Diego is a 5.5 point favorite over the Falcons. Looks like the Falcons are getting no respect right now on the road. Other than that I think these spreads are pretty fair.
Donovan McNabb: Donovan McNabb has not only fallen victim to his own poor play of late, but also the shenanigans of his head coach Andy Reid. Reid benched McNabb in the second half of a 10-7 game against the Ravens after McNabb went 8-for-18 throwing for just 59 yards with two interceptions and a fumble. Sure, those are horrible numbers, but he's Donovan McNabb and he has earned the right to try to work through his struggles especially in a close game. It's not McNabb's fault that the Eagles don't have a power running back to help them out in short yardage situations. It's also not McNabb's fault that he has doesn't have a # 1 WR and probably not even a #2 to throw to. I don't see anyone like Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, Anquan Boldin, Larry Fitzgerald, Reggie Wayne, or even a Greg Jennings on this Eagles team to help McNabb out. All the great QB's have top notch WR's around them and McNabb has nothing even close. McNabb can only take them so far and I think it's Reid who should be seeing the door, but even though Reid has named McNabb the starter for Thursday's game against Arizona, you honestly have to believe that Reid will be the coach next year and McNabb will be with another team. Chances are that wherever McNabb ends up his career will not end up on a positive note. The teams that are likely to have an opening at QB, will be the Chiefs, Lions, and Vikings of the world. Not exactly your top notch teams, although with his old offensive coordinator in Minnesota and Adrian Peterson roaming the backfield, maybe McNabb would be better off donning a purple uniform.
Joints: Rain Or Shine-Evidence
For Whom The Bell Tolls-Evidence ft Phonte, Blu, & Will.I.Am
New mixtape from Dub MD featuring a a variety of MC's over a whole mess of beats from some of your favorite producers.
Bobby Abreu: There hasn't been much news on Yankees free agent OF Bobby Abreu, but there seems to be some interest from the Mets and Cubs. I know Abreu wants to stay in NY and is probably waiting to see if the Yankees are still interested in him. He is probably one of several players who have to wait to see who lands C.C. Sabathia, Mark Teixeira, and possibly Manny Ramirez before anyone offers him a contract. Abreu is considered to be in decline offensively, but he has been pretty consistent since joining the Yankees with a line of .291 AVG/.388 OBP/.459 SLG/.847 OPS the last 3 seasons. Abreu is also one of only three players to have higher than a .290 average, .840 OPS, 300 RBI, and 50 SB. The other two? Alex Rodriguez and David Wright. So Abreu is certainly still a solid offensive player. The only drawback to signing Abreu is that his defense in RF is among the worst in the majors.

The Sample of The Week comes from Willie Hutch, who has been sampled numerous times by hip hop producers, and has some dope music. If you have some spare time on your hands, I suggest you search for his music online wherever you download your music at. His song "Baby, Come Home" was sampled by Ghostface on "Back Like That".

New joint from Reks rapping to the winter season. That's right, it's officially skully season.
The Dunk of The Week comes from Fresno State freshman Paul George who threw down a sick dunk over St. Mary's Mickey McConnell.
