I put together a list of the Top 65 teams according to Overall Efficiency, including the teams that received automatic bids. I figured this would be a good way to tell who got snubbed once they announce the brackets:

1.) Memphis 1
2.) North Carolina 2
3.) Connecticut 3
4.) Louisville 4

61.) Binghamton 162
62.) Morehead State 167
63.) Radford 170
64.) Alabama State 197
65.) Chattanooga 212

Of the Top 65 teams Georgetown, Washington State, & Notre Dame will probably not make it, so that opens up at least 3 more spots for bubble teams.

Wisconsin, San Diego State, New Mexico, & Arizona are all question marks, so that could be another 4 spots for bubble teams.

Here are the bubble teams according to Overall Efficiency ranks:

Miami FL 40
Kansas State 41
UAB 42
Florida 44
Minnesota 45
Kentucky 48
Michigan 49
Baylor 50
Stanford 51
Texas A&M 52
Auburn 53
Maryland 54
Virginia Tech 57
Tulsa 58
St. Mary's 60
Illinois State 61
South Carolina 63
Houston 64
Creighton 68
UNLV 69
Davidson 72
URI 74
Penn State 78
Providence 80
Dayton 83

Once the brackets are announced, I'll take a look to see which teams have the biggest beef about getting snubbed.

Analysis:

- The following teams were not ranked among the top teams in efficiency and made it in to the NCAA Tournament: Minnesota(45), Michigan(49), Texas A&M(52), Maryland(54), Dayton(83)

- The followings teams were ranked among the top teams in efficiency and did not make it into the NCAA Tournament: Georgetown(26), Washington State(32), San Diego State(34), Notre Dame(37), New Mexico(38)

- Georgetown, Notre Dame, and Washington State really didn't have the best records, so I don't consider them snubs. They all played really tough schedules and that's what did them in. It looks like San Diego State and New Mexico have the biggest beefs. One of them should probably be in over Dayton, who was 83rd in efficiency.
