2009 NBA Playoffs: Game 6 - Chicago Bulls 128 Boston Celtics 127 (3 OT) (Highlights)

Game 6: Chicago Bulls 128 Boston Celtics 127 (3 OT)

Analysis: Could this series get any better? I say NO WAY. They already had the record for most overtime games in a playoff series and then they decided to play 3 more overtimes in Game 6. Just insane is about the only word I can use to describe this series. Both of these teams are playing great on offense and it's really a shame one team has to lose this thing. I'm not sure either one of these teams is going to have anything left for the Orlando series. The difference making play of this game had to be Noah's steal and and-1 dunk on Paul Pierce. It was a momentum changing play and it also fouled Pierce out of the game. That being said, I'm not sure why Rondo was taking that shot that Rose blocked him on at the end of the game. Ray Allen had 51 points and was on fire. I would have let him hoist one up from almost anywhere on the court before giving the ball to Rondo who actually was struggling all game.

Key Players of The Game

John Salmons: Salmons had his best game of this series and finished with 35 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists, while shooting 13 of 22 from the floor, including 5 of 9 from three.

Brad Miller: Miller hit some clutch free throws in OT and even knocked down a couple of big threes. You know a playoff series is nuts when Brad Miller is hitting clutch threes. He finished with 23 points and 10 rebounds, while knocking down 8 of 9 from the field.

Ray Allen: Allen did everything he could to help the Celtics try and win this game. He hit tough shot after tough shot and finished with 51 points on 18 of 32 from the floor, including 9 of 18 from three. The best game of Ray Allen's career and unfortunately for him it came in a loss.

Derrick Rose: He came up with big block on Rondo at the end of the game, but he also had 28 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists.

Joakim Noah: His steal and and-1 dunk on Paul Pierce was the difference in this game and it was a great play by Noah.
