NFL Picks - Week 3 -2008:
Picks of the Week:

Best Bet Pick: New England (+13) over Miami. This is a tough week with the spreads in my mind, so I'm kind of going out on a limb by saying this is the best bet. However, Miami is awful and I think the Pats will pound them. My second choice would be Tennessee (+6) over Houston.

Sleeper Pick: New Orleans (-4) at Denver. This game is my sleeper because I just have a hunch that after last week's game that Denver won on a blown call that they are going to go down this week. You could say I think they are due for a loss or at the very least New Orleans will cover the spread in what should be a shootout. I also like the Jets and St. Louis getting 9 points each but I'll go out on a limb and take the Saints to cover.

Danger Game: Dallas (+3) at Green Bay. There actually are several games I would not touch this week because the matchups are just too even. Philadelphia/Pittsburgh, Washington/Arizona, etc. I really like the way Green Bay has played and they are at home, but Dallas has a great offense and Green Bay's defense blew a big lead against the Lions last week until Jon Kitna self destructed. This game could go either way, which is why you are better off just watching it and enjoying then betting on it.
