Manny Ramirez Tests Positive For PED's, Suspended 50 Games

Yup, I am sad to say that Manny Ramirez has tested positive for PED use and will be suspended for 50 games:

Major League Baseball is expected to announce Thursday that Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Manny Ramirez has tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs and will be suspended for 50 games, The Los Angeles Times is reporting.

Ramirez's test result and suspension are expected to be announced Thursday, The Times said.

Citing a source familiar with the matter, The Times reported Ramirez is expected to say the positive test results were a result of medication received from a doctor for a personal medical issue.

If his suspension begins Thursday, Ramirez would be eligible to return to the Dodgers' lineup for their July 3 game against San Diego.

Supposedly, Manny took something from a doctor for an injury he had and it that is why he tested positive. In fact, whatever the drug is, it isn't even a steroid. So if it's not a steroid then why the fuck is Manny being suspended and why is it for 50 games? I mean I know baseball wants to clean up the game, but this is just beyond ridiculous. I would like to know what the drug is first before I make a final conclusion, but seriously all this does is hurt the game of baseball and hurt the fans, especially of the Dodgers. ESPN just reported that Scott Boras said Manny has not tested positive for a steroid, however, we still don't know what the drug is.
